1. Overview

BtcMaxi.com.au (“BTCmaxi”) is a personal educational project designed to explore Bitcoin-related data, trading metrics, and on-chain analytics. The website presents visual dashboards, learning resources, and simulated paper-trading features for Bitcoin enthusiasts who want to understand how data informs market behaviour. BTCmaxi is not a commercial service and not a licensed financial product.

2. Purpose and Educational Nature

All dashboards, charts, glossaries, and simulations on BTCmaxi are provided solely for learning and research. Any indicators, strategy examples, or backtests are illustrative only and must not be treated as investment advice.

3. AI Collaboration and Attribution

BTCmaxi has been built and refined with assistance from artificial-intelligence tools, including ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), for coding, layout, data interpretation, and content drafting. These tools are creative/technical aides; all final content is curated by the project creator.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

BtcMaxi displays and analyses Bitcoin data aggregated from reputable public and institutional sources, including—but not limited to—Binance, CoinGecko, Alternative.me, CBOE, TradingView, Deribit, Glassnode, FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), Blockchain.com, BitcoinTreasuries.net, HashrateIndex.com, and other open providers.

Each dataset, chart, or table includes a visible source link where possible to provide credit, transparency, and verification. BTCmaxi does not claim ownership of third-party data; all trademarks and intellectual property remain with their respective owners.

Although these sources are considered credible, BTCmaxi cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. Market values can change rapidly; APIs may lag or be rate-limited. Always verify figures directly with the original provider before relying on them.

5. Paper-Trading and Simulation Features

BtcMaxi includes experimental paper-trading dashboards and automated strategy simulators (e.g., VWAP, breakout, pair-trading). These operate only in a simulated environment and do not execute real trades. Hypothetical performance does not reflect actual results.

Nothing on BTCmaxi constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do not interpret content as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Seek guidance from a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
